FLASH CLOUDS SERVICES INC. (FCSI) will use the following guidelines for the protection of your privacy.

1. You agree to provide and maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date information required by FCSI.


2. All information collected by FCSI will be used to confirm and validate the credibility of the user as an applicant of PAGCOR accredited OGEL Online Courses and protect FCSI and its users from fraud or any other criminal activity.


3. You agree that FCSI can disclose personal information about you as requested by the administrators and/or any department thereof in FSCI to help them in the improvement of systems and processes in the Training Center.


4. You agree that FCSI can disclose personal information about you as requested by any law enforcement or government officials relating to any criminal investigation or illegal activity.

The following indicates the legal policies of FLASH CLOUD SERVICES INC with regard to the use of its services.
Registering for an account indicates that you have read, understood and accepted the following policies and conditions.

1. An applicant is allowed to have only one login account. The registration and use of multiple accounts simultaneously per applicant is prohibited may be grounds for denial of admission to FCSI. Sharing, transferring, borrowing, or acquiring ownership of an account is at the applicant’s risk;


2. FCSI reserves the right to deny access to its services by anyone at anytime for any reason whatsoever and without any notice;


3. FCSI does not guarantee the constant availability of its services to its users;


4. FCSI reserves the right to delete, edit, or change any data on the website without any form of notice to its users;


5. FCSI disallows the use of this site to infringe any copyrighted materials or services and the like;


6. FCSI disallows the use of its facilities as a means to convey vulgarity, offensive,inaccurate, hostile remarks, or otherwise violates the law;


7. FCSI, its creator, administrators, moderators, in any event, shall not be held responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with FCSI’s site, its services or this agreement (however arising, including negligence);


8. You agree to assure and hold FCSI free and harmless from any claim, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party;


9. Violation of any of our rules and policies shall be grounds for the offending user to be restricted from accessing FCSI and/ or admission to FCSI training courses. Furthermore FCSI reserves the right to pursue any legal action if necessary;


10. FCSI reserves the right to make changes to these policies at any time for any reason without prior notice.
